A few weeks ago I took the big plunge and purchased a Matterport Camera that creates amazing 3D immersible walkthroughs of homes and spaces. I absolutely believe this is going to change how we view real estate and how clients expect their homes to be marketed. I also believe it is how customers are going to want to view properties in the future once they start to get a taste for it. This is why i joined the bandwagon to become one of the first users of this technology in the Boston area. The technology is still new and the potential for growth is endless as more features are going to become available in the future. Currently you can view the properties in a 3D view, rotate the image, look at the floorplan and also virtually walk around just like Google street, but for your home. you can also do measurements and send out as screen shots.
